1 Promotion Description
Legal residents in the United States of America, Canada and the United Kingdom who send funds through JN Money Online or submit a mail-in an entry will stand the chance to be a lucky winner of a supermarket voucher. The aim of this promotion is to grow JN Money Online customer base by encouraging new and existing users to send funds using JN Money Online.

One (1) individual will have the opportunity to win a supermarket voucher valued at £/$300 in groceries.

To enter the promotion without conducting a transaction, send a letter by mail in an envelope with your full name, address, and phone number with suitable postage to any of the following country/region you reside:

3 Automatic Entry
All JN Money Online transactions sent or receive during the promotional period, February 6 – March 31, 2023, will be automatically entered into the JN Money Supermarket Sweep promotion.

4 Eligibility for Entry
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States of America, Canada and United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of employees of the selected supermarket and JN Money Services, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and their advertising and production agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

5 Prize(s)
One (1) individual will be randomly selected to win a supermarket voucher valued at £/$300.  Prize may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, or assigned by the winner. JN Money reserve the right to substitute a prize, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

6 Method of Selection of Sweep Participants
One (1) individual who send money transfer via www.jnmoneyonline.com during the promotional period or submit a mail-in entry will be randomly selected to win a supermarket voucher:

A total of six (6) individuals will be randomly selected from among all entrants for the promotion. From this pool, one (1) successful winner will emerge for the Shop ‘Til Yuh Drop with JN Money Promotion once the following notification criteria is satisfied.

• Using the list of six (6) entrants, calls will be placed to each in the order they appear on the list.
• Three consecutive telephone attempts will be made to reach the winner on the day of the draw and no later than 12:00pm the following day.
• A failed attempt is when the phone rings without an answer, goes to voicemail or is busy or answered by someone other than the person JNMS is trying to reach.
• The first entrant from among the six (6) who answers and identifies themself as the intended person JNMS intends to reach will qualify as a successful winner.

The successful winner will be notified by phone and instructed of the date and time to retrieve their supermarket voucher.

A replacement winner may be chosen if previously chosen winner is unable to claim their prize within the time specified by JN Money.

7 Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

8 Conditions of Acceptance of Prize
Winner will be required to produce a valid Government Issued Identification to claim the prize. The winner will be required to send a written agreement (via email) to confirm that they will accept the prize within 3 days of prize notification, or the prize will be forfeited. The winner must visit the selected JN Money Branch on the designated date/time to collect their supermarket voucher. Should the winner reside in a State/Province where there is no JN Money Branch, arrangements will be made for the voucher to be mailed or an electronic voucher sent to the winner via email. If the winner fails to meet the conditions of claiming and accepting the prize, an alternative winner may be selected.

Winner will be solely responsible for all transportation costs, gratuities, and other items of an incidental nature. Prize may not be exchanged for cash or any other consideration.

The winner agrees to the use of his or her name and likeness in publicity without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, each winner acknowledges that JN Money Services and the selected supermarket, have the right to publicize and broadcast the winner’s name, voice, and likeness, the fact that he or she won, and all matters incidental thereto.

9 Limitation on Liability
By entering this promotion, each entrant forever discharges and releases JN Money, its/their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage, loss of life, or personal injury resulting from or in connection with participating in the promotion or from or in connection with use or receipt of the prize, however caused.
